Remote HR Operational Manager

Position Overview:

As a Remote HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR initiatives forward. This position requires a blend of HR expertise, technological proficiency, and a passion for cultivating a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, implementing strategies, and leveraging technology to streamline processes in our remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to a remote workforce, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and facilitate workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms to manage HR projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Manage freelance Virtual Assistants (VAs), including overseeing their tasks, monitoring their time, and ensuring high performance standards.
  • Implement performance management processes for both full-time employees and freelancers, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive work environment.
  • Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other digital tools to track freelancer hours, manage contracts, and facilitate payroll processes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
  • Take a lead in creating and conducting Learning and Development System, and especially leadership programs.
  • Coaching Leadership on leadership skills
  • Strategic Initiatives in HR aligned with company business strategy
  • Work on fostering a great culture, with fully engaged team 
  • Work on great well-being program for our remote employees


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing HRIS platforms and other digital tools to enhance HR processes and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, while also collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


This is a remote position. Candidates can be based anywhere and work flexible within European Regular Working Hours ( CEST Timezone)
